Jesse Conde is a Mexican voice actor born on October 10, 1952, in Tabasco, Mexico. He began his career in voice dubbing in 1979 after receiving acting training at the Instituto Andrés Soler of the Asociación Nacional de Actores. Conde has built a prolific career spanning over four decades, working extensively in dubbing for animation, live-action film and television, and anime.

In the realm of anime, Conde has lent his voice to a wide array of characters. He is the voice of Burk Lean in the series Back Arrow, a role confirmed as part of the Latin American Spanish dub produced by VSI Mexico City. He also voices Juzo Kabuto in Mazinger Edition Z: The Impact!, a role he confirmed he was cast in by Bond Studios. Another of his notable anime roles is Fuuringi Hayato in the series KenIchi the Mightiest Disciple.
