Carlos Silveira is a Brazilian actor, voice actor, and dubbing director with a extensive career in the entertainment industry, having begun his theatrical work in 1967 before transitioning to dubbing in 1989. He is known for voicing a wide array of characters across various anime series and films. In his dubbing career, he has taken on roles such as Burk Lean, the former village chief, in the mecha anime Back Arrow. He also voiced Jiiya in the second season of the anime Hi Score Girl and the character Porto in the 2003 anime series Planet Survival. Silveira is well-recognized within the Saint Seiya franchise, having voiced the character Shaka de Virgem in The Hades Chapter - Sanctuary. His film work in anime includes the role of Shatrughna in the Indo-Japanese production Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama and voicing Ginger in the OVA series Ozanari Dungeon: The Tower of Wind. Beyond acting, Silveira has also worked as a dubbing director on various projects.
