Eita Kidou, a high school student focused on academics and aspiring to become a doctor, prioritizes his studies over relationships, believing romance is a distraction. His life takes a turn when Masuzu Natsukawa, a beautiful and popular transfer student, blackmails him into a fake relationship. Masuzu, who is uninterested in genuine romantic connections, seeks to use Eita as a shield against other suitors.
