Renaissance" is set in Hoshinomori Memorial School, a prestigious academy where students cultivate their artistic talents to create "Arté," a manifestation of their emotions and creativity. The story centers on Kohana Aigasaki, a transfer student who enrolls in the school's art department to pursue her passion for flower arrangement. She quickly becomes involved with the school's "Arté Masters," a group of exceptionally talented students specializing in various artistic disciplines, including painting, music, sculpture, and calligraphy.

The narrative unfolds as Kohana forms connections with the Arté Masters, each of whom embodies a unique artistic style and personality. These characters include Kanato Oe, a painter with a reserved demeanor; Rintaro Tsukishiro, a cheerful and energetic musician; Kaito Tōno, a sculptor with a rebellious streak; and Aoi Nishino, a calligrapher who values tradition and discipline.
