Frank Todaro is an American voice actor born on May 1, 1977, in New York. He is a Los Angeles-based performer known for his extensive work in anime dubs, western animated series, and video games. His career spans various performance disciplines, including acting, puppetry, audio improvisation, and lecturing, and he has worked with numerous studios such as Bang Zoom! Entertainment, NYAV Post, and Sound Cadence Studios.

Todaro has built a substantial filmography in anime, providing voices for a wide range of characters. He is the voice of Taira no Kiyomori in The Heike Story, Draluc in The Vampire Dies in No Time, and Leif in the Netflix dub of Vinland Saga. His other prominent anime roles include Salman in Fena: Pirate Princess, Anton Hilmer von Schaft in Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These, Chudelkin in Sword Art Online: Alicization, and Wei Ping in Kingdom.
