Shizuka Ishikawa is a Japanese female voice actress born on March 29, 1971, in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society (Haikyo). Ishikawa graduated from the 8th term of the Katsuta Voice Actors Academy and completed the 10th term of the Haikyo Voice Actors Studio in 1996, officially joining Haikyo in 1997.

Ishikawa is known for her frequent portrayal of young and energetic male characters, often in productions by studios like XEBEC and小学館. Her career spans numerous television anime, original video animations, film animations, video games, and tokusatsu projects.

Her most prominent and long-running role is Kamui Katsuragi in the Cardfight!! Vanguard franchise. She first voiced the character in the 2011 television anime and continued in the role across numerous subsequent series, films like Gekijōban Cardfight!! Vanguard, and OVAs through 2020. She also voiced the character in the spin-off mini Vanguard series. Another significant role in a card-game anime is Kakeru Amao, the protagonist of Live On Cardliver Kakeru.

In the mecha genre, Ishikawa has a long-standing association with the Fafner franchise. She voices Kiyomi Kaname, a role she has played since the original 2004 television series Sōkyū no Fafner, reprising it in subsequent series like Sōkyū no Fafner Exodus and the 2023 OVA Sōkyū no Fafner Behind the Line. She also provided voices for other characters within the franchise.

Beyond these, Ishikawa's notable roles include the title character Kakeru in the anime adaptation Saru Getchu ~On Air~ (also known as Ape Escape), Kopbei in Nandaka Velonica, Inari in Naruto Shippuden, and Eimi Oba in Comic Party.
