Belén Rodríguez is a Spanish voice actress based in Madrid, recognized for her extensive work in dubbing anime and animated series for Spanish audiences. Her career encompasses a wide range of prominent roles in internationally popular franchises.

Rodríguez has voiced numerous main and supporting characters across various series. She is known for her work in long-running franchises such as Pokémon, where she voiced the character Iris in Pokémon: Black and White and its subsequent series Rival Destinies, as well as the film Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem VS. The Sword of Justice. In the Digimon franchise, she provided the voice for Cody Hida in the film Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna. Her repertoire also includes the role of Happy in the science fiction series Edens Zero.

In addition to these, Rodríguez has taken on roles in a variety of other notable anime.
