Jessica Angeles is a Mexican voice actor and dubbing director with over two decades of experience in the industry, known for her extensive work in anime, animation, and live-action dubbing for Latin American Spanish audiences. She was born on April 25, 1993, in Mexico City and comes from a family with a strong tradition in dubbing, as she is the sister of fellow voice actors Diego Armando Ángeles and Iván Ángeles. Angeles began her career in acting at the age of six, participating in various television, theater, and film projects before focusing on voice work.

Angeles has built a prolific career voicing leading characters across numerous anime series. She is the Latin American Spanish voice of Shōko Komi in the series Komi Can't Communicate, bringing to life the character's struggle with communication. In the isekai fantasy series The Rising of The Shield Hero, she voices Filo, the young filolial who bonds with the protagonist Naofumi.
