Andy McAvin is an American voice actor known for his extensive work in English-language dubs of anime productions, primarily for ADV Films and Seraphim Digital. Born Andrew Mark McAvin on January 4, 1952, in Denver, Colorado, he has amassed numerous voice acting credits alongside a substantial career in live theatre, having appeared in over 120 professional stage productions, including Broadway musicals.
McAvin's voice is frequently heard in anime series and films from the 1990s and 2000s, where he often portrayed authority figures, villains, and older characters. One of his most prominent and critically noted roles is that of the genocidal villain Brian J. Mason in Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040.
