Myeong-Seon Lee is a Korean voice actor born on May 22, 1973. She is primarily known for her extensive work dubbing Japanese anime series into Korean.

Lee has portrayed a wide array of characters across numerous popular anime franchises. She is the Korean voice of Choi Gayeong, also known as Cure Aqua, in both seasons of the magical girl series Yes! Precure 5 and its sequel Yes! Precure 5 GoGo!. Another notable role is Nobue Itoh in the slice-of-life comedy Strawberry Marshmallow. She also voiced the title character Haré in Haré+Guu, as well as Sylvia Nimrod in Meltylancer: The Animation and Android 1019 in Oz. Her repertoire includes the role of Mizuho Kurano in Gunparade Orchestra, Chie Matsuoka in Sentimental Journey, and Mika Kato in the Graduation series. She is also recognized as the long-time Korean voice of Kaori Makimura across multiple entries in the City Hunter franchise, including the special City Hunter: Death of the Vicious Criminal Ryo Saeba.

Beyond the roles listed, her career features many other prominent characters. She voiced Yuno Gasai in The Future Diary, Eureka in Eureka Seven, Ino Yamanaka in the Naruto and Naruto Shippūden series, and Tsukasa in.hack//SIGN. She also played significant roles in long-running series such as Izumi Curtis in Fullmetal Alchemist, Eva Heinemann in Monster, and Lucrezia Noin in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing and its sequel Endless Waltz.
