Massimiliano Manfredi

Description
Massimiliano Manfredi is an Italian voice actor born in Rome on May 27, 1969. He is considered a representative figure of the fifth generation of Italian dubbing. While he is widely known for dubbing the voices of actors such as Orlando Bloom as Legolas in The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Adrien Brody in The Pianist, and Edward Norton in various films, he has also built a substantial career voicing characters in anime and animated series.

Manfredi has lent his voice to several prominent anime characters for Italian audiences. In the series Moby Dick Five, he played the role of Ken Shirogane. He was the Italian voice for the protagonist Sebastien in the 1981 anime series Meiken Jolie, known in Italy as Belle e Sebastien. He also voiced the title character in the Italian edition of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. Another of his notable roles is Esteban, the main character from the beloved anime The Mysterious Cities of Gold. For the Shin Vision dubbing of the classic series Make Up! Sailor Guardians, Manfredi provided the voice for Mamoru Chiba, the civilian identity of Tuxedo Kamen, referred to as Smoking Mascherato in that edition. His other anime credits include the character Kuroro Lucifer in the initial Italian dubbing of Hunter x Hunter produced by Shin Vision.

Manfredi's work in animation extends to other series such as Wolf's Rain, where he voiced Kiba, and Tutti in campo con Lotti. Over the course of his career, he has occasionally collaborated on projects with his cousin, who is also a voice actor, Fabrizio Manfredi.
