Ayumi Tsunematsu is a Japanese voice actress born on September 26, 1981, in Hyogo Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 PRODUCE. A graduate of the agency's affiliated training school, she began her voice acting career in 2003.

Tsunematsu has built a diverse career with a wide range of roles in anime, video games, and foreign language dubbing. In anime, she is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Marina Ismail in the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 series. Her other prominent anime roles include Maiya Hisau in Fate/Zero, Kirio Hikifune in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, Miki Edamura in Great Pretender, and Takako Kawajiri in Hanasaku Iroha and its film sequel, Home Sweet Home. She has also taken on roles such as Astraia Tor Deikun in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin, Ageha Chōno in Wizard Barristers: Benmashi Cecil, Mori in GJ Club, and Nishikaze-sensei in Hanamaru Kindergarten. Her filmography also includes multiple characters across various iterations of the Sylvanian Families franchise, including Ambrose, Kate, and Felicia.

Beyond anime, a significant portion of Tsunematsu's career is dedicated to voice-over work, known as fukikae, for foreign films and television series. Her dubbing credits are extensive and include providing the Japanese voice for Claire Beauchamp in Outlander, Sersi in Eternals, and characters in numerous other films such as The Age of Adaline, Cruella, and Parasite. She has also lent her voice to characters in video games, with recent notable roles including Ines in Arknights and Du Ruo in Path to Nowhere.
