Ivo De Palma is an Italian voice actor, director, and dialogist, best known for being the Italian voice of the character Pegasus (Seiya) in the popular anime series Saint Seiya (known in Italy as I Cavalieri dello Zodiaco). He was born in Naples on March 9, 1962. His career in voice acting began in the early 1980s, following initial experiences in radio and formal training in diction and acting. Based primarily in Turin and Milan, he has focused extensively on dubbing Japanese anime.

De Palma's portfolio includes a wide array of iconic roles in anime. His most famous and enduring role is Pegasus in Saint Seiya, a character he has voiced across the original television series, all subsequent OAV series, and several films. He also voiced Might Guy in the Italian adaptations of Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden, Kaede Rukawa in Slam Dunk, and Jotaro Kujo in the OVA adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Other notable credits include Akira Fudo/Devilman in the Devilman OVAs, Toki in the Fist of the North Star film series, and Kazutaka Muraki in Descendants of Darkness (Eredi del buio). He also contributed voices to various characters in City Hunter and lent his voice to the character Charlie Red in the anime Kyojin no Hoshi (Tommy la stella dei Giants).

Beyond anime, De Palma's voice has been featured in numerous other projects. He has voiced characters in Western animated series, such as Vernon Fenwick in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Carey Mahoney in the Police Academy animated series. He has also worked in television series, soap operas, and video games, with roles including Frank Cooper in the soap Sentieri and Kevin in How I Met Your Mother, as well as providing voices for major game titles like Assassin's Creed, Hitman: Absolution, and Metro: Last Light.

In addition to performing, De Palma has been active behind the scenes. From 1992 to 2000, he was the director of Studio P.V.. For the 2008 broadcast of the Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter series, he not only returned to voice Pegasus but also served as the dubbing director and dialogist. His work has been recognized with a Tokimeki Anime Award in 1997 for his performance as Fuuma Monou in the animated film X. He currently shares his expertise as a teacher at the Eikon Teatro, a dubbing and acting school in Turin. He is also involved in artistic projects, such as interpreting poetry for his "Spoken Words" channel on YouTube.
