Natalie Hoover is an American voice actress based in Los Angeles and Dallas, known for her extensive work in English dubs of anime, video games, and other animated productions. Her career in the industry began to take shape in 2010 when she was named the winner of a voice acting contest at the New York Anime Festival and Comic Con. A notable early achievement came in 2012 when she was personally selected by director Masaaki Yuasa to voice the role of Lady S in the short film Kick-Heart.

Hoover has built a substantial filmography, lending her voice to a wide array of characters across numerous popular anime series. Among her most recognized roles are Sonia Nevermind in the Danganronpa franchise, a part she has reprised across multiple titles including Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School, and the Monophanie character in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. She is also well-known for voicing Vanilla in the Nekopara anime and Tomoyo Daidouji in Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card. Her repertoire includes characters such as Titan in Takt Op. Destiny, Reina Izumi in Myriad Colors Phantom World, Tsukino in Show by Rock!!, and Georgette Lemare in Brave Witches.

Hoover's voice work encompasses a diverse range of other significant roles. She voices Yakusha Kure in How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?, Yumeri Mizumori in If My Favorite Pop Idol Made it to the Budokan, I Would Die, Aku in Demon Lord, Retry!, Charlotte in TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You, and Oogo in Nichijou - My Ordinary Life. In the series BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense, she voices the character Syrup and also served as an ADR director. Her other anime credits include roles in Riddle Story of Devil as Hitsugi Kirigaya, Conception as Arie, Double Decker! Doug & Kirill as Katherine "Kay" Roshfall, RErideD as Yuri Dietrich, and Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun as Ix Elizabetta. She also played the role of Princess Ygraine in Fantasy Bishōjo Juniku Ojisan to and Hikari Jinguji in The Day I Became a God.

Beyond anime, Hoover has an extensive presence in video games. Her most prominent video game roles include Ayn Felice in Tales of Zestiria, Tiara in Fairy Fencer F, Ryubence in The Witch and the Hundred Knight, and Nikki in the mobile game Love Nikki-Dress UP Queen. She also voiced Yolko in the hit series Sword Art Online, which aired on Toonami. In addition to performance, Hoover has contributed to the production side of anime dubbing, taking on assistant ADR director duties for series such as PuraOre! Pride of Orange and Chronos Ruler.
