Víctor Ugarte Fonseca is a Mexican dubbing actor born on October 31, 1976, in Mexico City. He began his career in voice dubbing in 1985 at the age of nine, accompanying his uncle, voice actor Eduardo Fonseca, to recording sessions. He is the brother of fellow voice actors Xochitl Ugarte and Gaby Ugarte. In addition to his work in dubbing, Ugarte is an electronics and communications engineer and is also involved in commercial voice-over work.

Ugarte is widely recognized as a prominent figure in Latin American dubbing, particularly for his extensive work in anime. His versatility allows him to portray a range of characters, from teenagers to young men. He is known for being the official Latin American Spanish voice for actor Daniel Radcliffe, whom he has dubbed as Harry Potter in the film saga starting from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

In the realm of anime, Ugarte has lent his voice to a vast number of iconic roles. He is well-known as the voice of Sasuke Uchiha in the Naruto and Naruto Shippūden series. He also voices Shinji Ikari in the Evangelion franchise, Son Goten in various Dragon Ball installments including Dragon Ball GT and the film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, and Joe Kido in the Digimon series, including the film Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna.
