Carlos Di Blasi is a Spanish voice actor known for his work on dubbing projects, primarily in the Spanish-language versions of anime series and films. His full name is Carlos Di Blasi Capel. He has been active in the dubbing industry for a number of years and is based in Spain, contributing to the localization of Japanese animation for Spanish audiences.

Di Blasi's body of work includes a variety of characters across different anime series. He provided the voice for Bebin in the fantasy anime series Ranking of Kings and its follow-up, Ranking of Kings: The Treasure Chest of Courage. He also voiced the character Ishikawa in the Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 television series. In the feature film Weathering With You, Di Blasi voiced the role of Keisuke Suga. His other credits include the character Christopher Brandt in the series Ingress, Suddhodana in Buddha: The Great Departure and its sequel Buddha 2: Tezuka Osamu no Buddha - Owarinaki Tabi, Helio in Pokémon Generations, and Nyx Ulric in Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV.

Within the mecha genre, Di Blasi has a notable history, having voiced the male half of the dual-gender antagonist Baron Ashura in Mazinger Edition Z: The Impact!. He also voiced the character Django in the same series. His association with the Mazinger franchise extends to the OVA series MazinKaiser, where he also voiced Baron Ashura.
