Lene Bastos is a Brazilian voice actor, dubbing director, and actress, recognized for her extensive work in the Portuguese dubbing of numerous anime series and films for the Brazilian market. Born Edilene Bastos on November 17, 1974, in Osasco, São Paulo, she began her artistic career singing in a church before moving into professional dance and theatre. Her entry into dubbing occurred after a conversation with fellow actor Eudes Carvalho, who invited her to observe a dubbing session at the studio Centauro. She began an internship there and soon started voicing characters for the studio.

Bastos has lent her voice to a wide array of characters across many popular anime series. Some of her notable roles include Luna in Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D: Bonds Beyond Time, Phia Oliveira in Heat Guy J, Johanna in Pocket Monsters: Diamond & Pearl, Nako Seijou in Shooting Starlets Musumet, Yukiko Kawasaki in Hoop Days, Mylene in Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia, and Ayaka Sanders in Beast Fighter - The Apocalypse. Her film work includes voicing Misato Katsuragi in the redub of Neon Genesis Evangelion and its subsequent movies, as well as the Dark Magician Girl in Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D: Bonds Beyond Time. She has also been the voice for Cleo de Nile in various Monster High projects and for characters in the long-running Pokémon franchise, such as Delia Ketchum, Johanna, and others across several series.

Beyond performance, Lene Bastos is also active as a dubbing director. She currently works in this capacity at the Centauro studio, where she also coordinates the artistic nucleus. Her career demonstrates a long-standing and significant contribution to the field of anime dubbing in Brazil.
