Kate Oxley is an American voice actress known for her extensive work in English dubs of anime series and films. Born on September 17, 1981, in San Bernardino, California, she began her voice acting career in the mid-1990s and has since become a long-standing contributor to productions by Crunchyroll (formerly Funimation Entertainment).

Oxley is perhaps most widely recognized for her portrayal of the principal protagonist Akane Tsunemori in the acclaimed science-fiction series Psycho-Pass. She has reprised this role across multiple seasons, including Psycho-Pass 2 and Psycho-Pass 3, as well as in several films such as Psycho-Pass: The Movie, Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System, and Psycho-Pass: Providence. Another significant and long-running role is that of Fuyumi Todoroki in the popular superhero series My Hero Academia, a part she has played since the show's early seasons and in the film My Hero Academia: You're Next.

Her career features a wide array of other prominent anime roles. She voiced the characters Misha Kreuzhev and Sasha Kreuzhev across all three seasons of A Certain Magical Index. She is also known for her work as Eruka Frog in Soul Eater, Misaki Kirihara in Darker than Black and its sequel, Momo Adachi in Peach Girl, and Lilia in Monster Hunter Stories RIDE ON. Her repertoire extends to comedies, such as providing the voice of Pipimi in a broadcast of Pop Team Epic, and to long-running series like One Piece, where she has voiced multiple characters including Carrot and Rika. Oxley has also taken on leading roles in franchise films, such as voicing Pasta in the 2010 Funimation dub of Dragon Ball: Curse of the Blood Rubies.

In addition to her on-screen roles, Oxley has worked extensively in voice-over for numerous other anime titles, providing voices for series such as Black Cat, Claymore, D.Gray-Man, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Kodocha, which marked her debut in 1996. Her filmography also includes work on major animated films like Wolf Children and both Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone and Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance.
