Tokuyoshi Kawashima is a Japanese voice actor born on February 8, 1973, in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Kawashima is a graduate of the Yoyogi Animation Academy in Tokyo. He was inspired to pursue a career in voice acting after watching the anime Tekkaman Blade. In addition to his voice work, he has experience as a stage actor and was a member of the Dramatic Company led by Ryusei Nakao and Toshihiko Seki.

Kawashima's career in animation began in the 1990s, with one of his earliest roles being Takayasu Takada in the 1996 television anime You're Under Arrest!. Since then, he has built an extensive and varied body of work, providing voices for a wide range of characters across numerous television series, original video animations (OVAs), and animated films.
