Julia Stoepel is a German voice actress, dialogue writer, and director, widely recognized for her extensive work in dubbing anime and international film and television productions for the German market. Born in Mönchengladbach, Germany, on December 24, 1979, she pursued her passion for performance at the Schauspielschule Charlottenburg in Berlin, where she completed her formal acting training.
Her career as a voice actress is prolific, encompassing a wide array of characters across numerous popular anime series. In the science fiction and psychological thriller genres, she is well-known for voicing the determined Inspector Akane Tsunemori in the acclaimed series Psycho-Pass, as well as its subsequent films and installments, including Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System. She also lent her voice to the complex character Anemone in the film Eureka Seven - good night, sleep tight, young lovers.
