José García Tos is a Spanish voice actor known for his extensive work in dubbing anime and animated films for Spanish audiences. He was born on September 2, 1974, and is based in Valencia, though he also works in dubbing studios in Barcelona and Madrid. In addition to his voice acting career, he is also an audiobook narrator.

García Tos has built a prolific career by providing Spanish voices for a wide range of characters in major animated productions. He voiced Theo Magath in Attack on Titan The Final Season and played multiple roles in the Gurren Lagann films, including Anti-Spiral, Dayakka Littner, and Rossiu Adai. He is also the voice of Ignis Ex in both the Promare film and its sequel, Promare: Galo-hen.

His work includes prominent roles in numerous other films. He voiced Kogoro Mouri in the Case Closed franchise film The Fist of Blue Sapphire, Gerald in Lupin III THE FIRST, and Keisuke Suga in the hit movie Weathering With You. His other film credits include Xan Gu in The Wonderland, Itsuki Otomo in Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System, Dr. Easter in Mardock Scramble: The First Compression, Flanagan in Mary and The Witch's Flower, Giovanni in Pokémon Generations, Momotaro Morikawa in Napping Princess, and both Great Grandfather and Kawa in A Letter to Momo. He also voiced Takeshi Goda in Doraemon: Nobita's the Night Before a Wedding and Vasha Pupkin in Yakitori: Soldiers of Misfortune.
