Luis Daniel Ramírez is a Mexican voice actor and director born in Mexico City on November 29, 1979. He began his career in dubbing at the age of six in January 1986. Over a prolific career, he has become recognized for voicing a wide array of characters in anime, animated series, and live-action films for the Latin American Spanish market.

In the realm of anime, Ramírez is known for his extensive work in the Lupin III franchise, where he provided the voice for the persistent Inspector Koichi Zenigata in numerous films and specials. His credits as Zenigata include Lupin III: Dragon of Doom, Lupin III: Crisis in Tokyo, Lupin III: Farewell to Nostradamus, Lupin III: The Pursuit of Harimao's Treasure, Lupin the 3rd: From Siberia with Love, Lupin the 3rd: Bye Bye, Lady Liberty, and Lupin III: Voyage to Danger. He also voiced roles in other notable anime series, such as Hayato Shindou in Time Quest!, Sanzou in Asobotto Senki Goku, Susumu Kurose in A.I.C.O. -Incarnation-, Góliver in Nouvelle Fantasia Gulliverboy, Heydo in Pilot Candidate, Tsutomu Senkawa in Birdy the Mighty, and Shuu Koibuchi in Princess Jellyfish.
