Kei Shindou is a Japanese voice actress born on September 10, 1984, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Her real name is Kei Saitō. She is affiliated with the talent agency Axlone, having moved there in 2011 after previously being with Production Baobab since her debut in 2005. Her debut role was as Kagura Tennosu in the anime series Speed Grapher.

Shindou is known for her versatility, voicing a wide range of characters from young girls to cool-headed women. One of her most prominent and enduring roles is Kyoka Jiro, the earphone jack-wielding hero student in the long-running series My Hero Academia, a part she has played since 2016 across multiple seasons and films. She also has a significant presence in the Ikki Tousen franchise, where she has voiced the character Gentoku Ryuubi in numerous installments since 2007.

Her career includes major roles in several other popular anime. In the Overlord series, she voices the insectoid battle maid Entoma Vasilissa Zeta. She is also well-known to Pokémon fans for her work as Lillie in Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, Miette in Pokémon XY, and more recently as Molly in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. Additional notable roles include Inukashi in No. 6, Naomasa in Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere, Wang Liu Mei in Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Kuro Kagami in Kodomo no Jikan, and Arche Eeb Rile Furt in Overlord. Her filmography also extends to titles such as Plunderer, Aoashi, Shaman King, and A Certain Magical Index III.

Beyond anime, Shindou has lent her voice to many video games. Her roles include Rionera in Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland, Mian in the Dream Club series, Semiramis in Fate/Grand Order, and Asbestos in Arknights. Her work demonstrates a consistent presence across major multimedia franchises in Japan.
