Nancy Novotny is an American voice actress and radio personality recognized for her extensive work in English-language dubs of anime series, primarily during the 2000s and 2010s. She began her career in the voice acting industry after being inspired by the anime series Ranma ½, which led her to audition for A.D. Vision (ADV Films). Her debut role was as Koyomi "Yomi" Mizuhara in the dub of the popular comedy series Azumanga Daioh. Throughout her career, she has been associated with ADV Films and its successor companies, Seraphim Digital and Sentai Filmworks, and has also co-hosted a weekly radio show on Rice Radio in Houston, Texas.

Novotny's filmography includes a wide array of characters across different genres. Among her most prominent roles is the title character in the psychological action series Madlax. She also voiced Yuka in the controversial series Elfen Lied. In comedic roles, she is known for playing Ren Mikihara in Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu and Sakura Honda in Dog & Scissors. She played the lead role of Asuka Kudou in Problem Children Are Coming from Another World, Aren't They? and provided the voice for Koneko in the Hamatora series. Novotny also voiced several characters in the Girls und Panzer franchise, including Takeko Nogami, also known as Oryo.

Novotny has been involved in several long-running franchises and recurring roles. She voiced the character Suzuka Kurihara across multiple installments of the Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya series, including the first season, Prisma Illya 2wei!, and Prisma Illya 2wei Herz!. She also took on the role of Hydra in the various installments of the UFO Ultramaiden Valkyrie series. In the series Upotte!!, which personifies firearms as schoolgirls, she voiced the character Elle, an L85A1 rifle. Her other notable roles include Daniel, the feline companion in Momo: The Girl God of Death, July in Coyote Ragtime Show, Vanessa Laird in The Super Dimension Fortress Macross, and Sayuri Hida in Best Student Council.
