Philippe Allard is a Belgian actor, born in Brussels on August 22, 1968, who has built a prolific career in voice acting, particularly in the French-language dubbing of animated series and films. Trained at the Conservatoire de Brussels, where he received first prize in drama in 1989, Allard has been active in theater and on screen since the mid-1980s, but he is most widely recognized for his extensive voice work.

Allard has lent his voice to a wide array of characters in anime, demonstrating significant range. He is notably a part of the Belgian dubbing cast for the popular series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. In this franchise, he voices multiple characters, including the loyal blacksmith Kaijin, the enigmatic and powerful primogenitor Diablo, and the wolf beastman Grucius. He reprises the roles of Kaijin and Diablo in the spin-off series, The Slime Diaries.

His other prominent anime roles include the character 666 in the animated film Dead Leaves and Olson in the 2014 CGI film Appleseed Alpha. He also voiced the iconic role of Seiya de Pégase in the French dubbing of Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter - Sanctuary. In the realm of animated features, he is also known for providing the voice of Pero in a later dubbing of the classic Puss 'n Boots film.

Beyond these credits, Allard has been featured in several other anime series. He voiced Covey Horn in BeyWheelz: Powered by Beyblade and Task Landau in its follow-up, BeyWarriors: BeyRaiderz. His filmography includes roles in Tokyo Godfathers, Millennium Actress, and the voice of Lopaka in Flipper et Lopaka. In addition to anime, his voice is familiar to audiences of Western animation and live-action series, including roles such as Wheeljack in Transformers: Prime, Cyclops in various X-Men animated series, and Shining Armor in My Little Pony.
