Philippe Allard is a Belgian actor, born in Brussels on August 22, 1968, who has built a prolific career in voice acting, particularly in the French-language dubbing of animated series and films. Trained at the Conservatoire de Brussels, where he received first prize in drama in 1989, Allard has been active in theater and on screen since the mid-1980s, but he is most widely recognized for his extensive voice work.

Allard has lent his voice to a wide array of characters in anime, demonstrating significant range. He is notably a part of the Belgian dubbing cast for the popular series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. In this franchise, he voices multiple characters, including the loyal blacksmith Kaijin, the enigmatic and powerful primogenitor Diablo, and the wolf beastman Grucius.
