Roger Pera Itxart is a Spanish actor and voice actor born on March 24, 1973, in Barcelona, Spain. He is primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, providing the Spanish voices for numerous international film and television actors, as well as characters in animated series and films. His first relevant work in dubbing was in the 1987 film The Princess Bride. He is the son of renowned Spanish dubbing actor Joan Pera.

In the realm of anime and animated series, Roger Pera has lent his voice to a wide array of characters for Spanish dubs, most notably for the Spanish market. He is recognized for voicing L in the series Death Note and its related specials. He has a significant presence in the Attack on Titan franchise, consistently providing the voice for the character Jean Kirstein across the main television series, several compilation films such as Attack on Titan: The Roar of Awakening, and the spin-off Attack on Titan: Junior High.

Pera is also a frequent contributor to the Detective Conan (Case Closed) franchise in Spain.
