Emmanuel Noel Magat was a Filipino voice actor known for his extensive work in Tagalog dubs of anime series. Born on December 25, 1976, in Manila, Philippines, he began developing his talent for mimicry and voice acting during his college years while pursuing a degree in Mass Communication. His participation in a theater group during this time allowed him to combine his natural vocal abilities with formal acting training, setting the foundation for his career in the voice acting industry.

Magat's voice acting portfolio included a wide array of characters across many popular anime series. He was recognized for voicing leading and supporting roles, demonstrating his versatility across different genres. Some of his most notable roles include Optimus Prime in Transformers: Armada and Megatron in Transformers: Cybertron, placing him within two major factions of the long-running robot franchise. He also took on the roles of both Daxus II and King in the series Ultraviolet: Code 044. His other significant credits included Gouzaburou Seto in My Bride is a Mermaid, the titular character Gargoyle in Gargoyle of Yoshinaga House, Gran Bruce in Viewtiful Joe, and Isami Kondo in Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom. He also voiced Captain Clayton and served as a narrator for Project Blue Earth SOS, and played Teika Midarezaki in Kyōran Kazoku Nikki.

In addition to these roles, Magat's filmography included a wide range of characters in series such as Blade, where he voiced the title character; Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion as Charles zi Britannia; Death Note as Soichiro Yagami; and Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods as Beerus. He also lent his voice to numerous other anime, including Date A Live, Eureka Seven, Gintama, Inuyasha, Iron Man, and Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, among many others.
