Francesca Bielli is an established Italian voice actor, renowned for her extensive work in dubbing anime and animated series for the Italian market. She began studying acting as a child at the C.T.A. in Milan and later undertook specialized courses in dubbing. Her professional journey started in 1994 as a speaker for a regional TV station and in advertising, and by 1996, she was actively working as a voice actor and dialogue adapter for animated series and TV shows.

Bielli is widely recognized for her long-standing role as Iris in the Pokémon anime series, a part that brought her significant visibility among Italian anime fans. Her repertoire includes a wide array of prominent characters. She voices the protagonist Raphtalia in The Rising of the Shield Hero and the netrunner Lucy in the acclaimed series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. She also lends her voice to Marion Phauna in Shaman King, the Guild Girl in Goblin Slayer, Eina Tulle in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, and Tatami Nakagame in My Hero Academia.

Beyond these notable roles, her extensive filmography demonstrates her versatility across many popular series.
