Joël Mulachs is a Spanish voice actress born in Barcelona on February 17, 1970. She began her professional career in dubbing in 1990. Mulachs trained as a dubbing actress in Barcelona in the early 1990s and later expanded her acting education in New York City, completing programs at the Gately Poole Acting Studio and the Actor's Studio.
She has built a career spanning over thirty years, providing voices for more than a thousand films and television series. In addition to her dubbing work, Mulachs is an active voice-over artist for advertising campaigns and has been a staff announcer for the Spanish television network La Sexta since its inception in 2005. She has also shared her expertise as a university instructor, teaching on a postgraduate program in voice-over and dubbing.
Mulachs is highly regarded for her work in anime and animation. She is the voice of Conan Edogawa in the Catalan-language dub of the long-running series Detective Conan (also known as Case Closed).
