Peter Flechtner is a German actor and voice actor born on January 18, 1963. He trained at the Schauschule von Maria Körber in Berlin and has appeared in on-screen roles in productions such as Schindlers Liste and television series like Tatort and Rosa Roth. However, he is primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, providing the German voice for numerous international actors, including Ben Affleck, David Harbour, and Matt Damon.

Within the realm of anime and animation, Flechtner has lent his voice to a wide array of characters. He is the German voice of the iconic gentleman thief Arsène Lupin III across multiple Lupin III productions, including the films Lupin III: Dragon of Doom, Lupin III: The Pursuit of Harimao's Treasure, Lupin III: Voyage to Danger, Lupin III THE FIRST, and Lupin the IIIrd: Jigen's Gravestone. He also voiced the character in the crossover film Lupin III vs. Detective Conan The Movie.

Another prominent role is that of Commander Erwin Smith in the popular series Attack on Titan, a part he has voiced in various installments including the films Attack on Titan: The Roar of Awakening and Attack on Titan Part 1 – Guren no Yumiya.
