Ryan Colt Levy is an American voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime, video games, and animated series. Born on February 12, 1987, he is a New York native who is now based in Los Angeles, California. Before his voice acting career, Levy spent nearly two decades as a singer, songwriter, and guitarist for the indie band Braeves. After the band moved to California in 2015, he began focusing on theater and on-camera acting work. His transition into voice acting began in earnest around 2018 or 2019, following formal training at institutions like HB Studios in New York and LPN Studios in Los Angeles. His first voice-over jobs revealed a natural comfort with performance, leading him to pursue this path full-time.

Levy is represented by Atlas Talent and has built an extensive list of credits since his debut. His breakout role and one of his most prominent performances is as the lead character Denji in the English dub of the massively popular series Chainsaw Man. Levy has frequently spoken about his deep personal connection to the character and his status as a fan of the original manga, which he brought to his performance. He has since reprised the role for the film Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc.

Beyond Chainsaw Man, Levy has a diverse and prolific filmography. He voiced Rody Soul in the animated film My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes' Mission. He is also recognized for his roles as Dr. John H. Watson in Moriarty the Patriot, Loki in Record of Ragnarok, Andro M. His work spans numerous other series, including roles as Shisuto Naruse in Komi Can't Communicate, Furlan Church in Attack on Titan: No Regrets, Cyril in She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man, Rubel in Housing Complex C, Arash in Fate/Grand Carnival and its related film, Eishirō Kite in The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup, Yamato Kai in Scar on the Praeter, Burgess Olsen in BEM: BECOME HUMAN, and Edin Dan in Tower of God: Workshop Battle.

In addition to anime, Levy is a busy voice actor in the video game industry. His credits include roles in major titles such as Genshin Impact, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, Shin Megami Tensei V, and NEO: The World Ends With You. He has also contributed voices to English dubs of live-action series for Netflix, including Drug Squad: Costa Del Sol and The Hookup Plan.

Levy's entry into the industry was notably aided by established figures; he has cited a meeting with voice actor David Sobolov as a pivotal moment and was later cast in several early roles by voice director Colleen Clinkenbeard.
