Thibaut Delmotte is a Belgian actor primarily known for his extensive work in voice acting, particularly the French dubbing of animated series and films. Born on July 17, 1987, he is a graduate of the Conservatoire royal de Mons, where he obtained a master's degree in dramatic art in 2009. His career encompasses theatre, where he has both acted and directed, as well as work in short films and advertising, but he is most recognized for his voice-over performances, having lent his voice to hundreds of animated productions.

Delmotte's voice work is remarkably prolific, spanning a wide variety of genres and demographics. He is widely known as the French voice of prominent characters such as Dipper Pines in Gravity Falls and Morty Smith in Rick and Morty. In addition to these signature roles, he has a significant presence in anime and Japanese animation. He voices Seth in the French adaptation of the original French manga series Radiant. He is also the voice of Lem in multiple Pokémon films, including Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction, Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, and Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel. His other notable anime roles include Roland Fortis in The Case Study of Vanitas, Kazushi Yamagishi in Tokyo Revengers, Itsuki Kawasumi in The Rising of The Shield Hero, Jim in Love of Kill, Shota Magatsuchi in Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid S, and Kenji Miyazawa in Bungo Stray Dogs. His work also extends into the Beyblade and Digimon franchises.

Beyond his on-screen work, Delmotte is active in other areas of vocal performance, including audiobooks; for example, he narrated the French version of Martha Wells' novel Journal d'un AssaSynth. He is also deeply involved in the professional community, serving as a co-president of the Union des Artistes, a Belgian artists' union, a position he has held since 2022 after first joining its board of directors in 2013.
