Charlie Campbell, also known as Charles C. Campbell, is an American ADR director, recording engineer, and voice actor extensively involved in English dubs of Japanese anime. His career in the anime industry began in Houston, Texas, where he became ADV Films' first in-house ADR audio engineer. In this capacity, he worked on the mixing board for numerous classic anime series, including Neon Genesis Evangelion, Blue Seed, Battle Angel, and Golden Boy. In 1998, he relocated to Austin to help establish ADV's Monster Island Studios branch, where his work expanded to include directing and writing, with his directorial debut on Lost Universe in 2000. He later returned to Houston to direct and produce the extensive 105-episode English dub of Science Ninja Team Gatchaman. Now based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, he continues to work as a voice actor, writer, and director for various studios, including Funimation and Sentai Filmworks.

As a voice actor, Campbell has an extensive list of credits across anime, video games, and live-action dubs. Among the roles specified, he is confirmed as the voice of Hakurou in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and its spin-off The Slime Diaries. He voices Burk Lean in Back Arrow and Artorius in Restaurant to Another World. Additional confirmed roles include Katsumi Kureko in Wave, Listen to Me!, Hayaseura in ID: INVADED, and Kousuke Oura in Nichijou - My Ordinary Life. His role as Old Man Owl in Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie is also documented. Beyond these, his filmography includes a wide range of other characters, such as Gran Torino in My Hero Academia, Fujitora in One Piece, Mana Walker in D. Gray-man, Wakaba Mine in Fairy Tail, and the narrator for Golden Boy.
