Ricardo Richter is a German actor and voice actor, born on August 24, 1988, in Germany. He began his career in dubbing at the age of eleven, entering the profession through a connection with a former classmate of his older brother, Raúl Richter, who is also an actor and voice actor. Richter spent part of his early childhood, from approximately age two to four, living in Lima, Peru.

In addition to his voice work, Richter has appeared on screen, including a six-episode role in the German television series Schloss Einstein in 2009. He is also known for his work in German audio plays, most notably as a speaker in the long-running series Die Playmos.

Ricardo Richter has lent his voice to a wide array of characters in Japanese anime series for the German-speaking audience. His notable roles in this field include Aoshi Sanada in the series Orient, Ren Amaki in The Rising of The Shield Hero, and Haise Sasaki in Tokyo Ghoul:re. He is also the German voice of Sabito in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and Ieyasu Tokugawa in Gakuen Basara: Samurai High School. His repertoire further encompasses Haruka Nanase in Free! -Dive to the Future-, Ultimate Mechamaru in Jujutsu Kaisen, Barnaby Brooks Jr. in Tiger & Bunny 2, Dabi in My Hero Academia, and Geise H. Hugest in Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway.

Richter's extensive voice work also includes Chang Gai Steiner in revisions, Seto Ichitaka in both I''s and I''s Pure, Tsubasa Oozora in Captain Tsubasa: Road to 2002, Kimito Kagurazaka in Shomin Sample, Shirou Emiya in Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya, and Keiichi Kanejou in B Gata H Kei - Yamada’s First Time.

Beyond these roles, he has built a substantial career dubbing numerous other anime characters, such as Ken Kaneki in the earlier seasons of Tokyo Ghoul, Kira Yamato in Gundam Seed, and Mokuba Kaiba in Yu-Gi-Oh!. His work is characterized by a wide vocal range, allowing him to portray characters from young boys like Son-Goten in Dragon Ball Z to complex and tormented protagonists.
