Wendy De Leon is a Filipino voice actor based in the Philippines, known for her extensive work in the Tagalog dubbing of anime series. Her birth name is Wendy J. Villacorta.

De Leon has portrayed a wide array of characters across numerous popular anime franchises. In the Fate series, she voiced both Erika and Luviagelita Edelfelt in Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya 3rei!!. She is also known for her roles as Washu in both seasons of Sasami: Magical Girls Club, Pietro in Popolocrois Monogatari, Aramis in Anime Sanjushi, Murasaki Shikibe in Shooting Starlets Musumet, and Dorothy in Lil' Red Riding Hood Cha-Cha.

Her career includes several prominent and recurring roles. She provided the voice for the character C.C. in both seasons of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. In the Gundam franchise, she voiced multiple characters, including Lacus Clyne in Mobile Suit Gundam Seed and Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny, and later took over roles in the Tagalog dub of Mobile Suit Gundam 00. Her other notable credits include Nagisa Furukawa in Clannad, Snow White in The Legend of Snow White, and various characters in the Tagalog dub of Ranma ½, such as Nabiki Tendou and Kodachi Kuno.

Beyond voice acting, Wendy De Leon has also contributed to the industry as a dubbing director. Her directorial credits include the Tagalog versions of Clannad, Fantasista Doll, Major, and Psychic Squad.
