Shandra Schadt is a German voice actress and actress, born on April 28, 1982, in Pasing, Munich. She began her career in voice acting at the young age of eight, stepping in spontaneously for a girl who failed to appear for a dubbing session. She comes from a family with close ties to the arts and received professional training as a puppeteer at the Munich Marionette Theatre from 1986 to 2000, working under her grandfather, Franz Leonhard Schadt, who was the theatre's director for 43 years. In addition to her work in voice acting, she also studied ballet for many years and took acting lessons from 1997 to 1999.

Schadt has built an extensive career in dubbing, lending her voice to numerous characters in anime series and films. Among her most recognized roles in anime are Rio Futaba in the series Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai and its sequel film Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl. She is also the German voice of Heureka in several Pokémon films, including Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction, Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, and Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel. She voiced Saki Hanajima in the 2019 adaptation of Fruits Basket. In the Sailor Moon franchise, she took on the role of Hotaru Tomoe, also known as Sailor Saturn, in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal: Season III and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal. Other notable anime roles include Lina Inverse in Slayers: The Book of Spells, Mishio Maeno in RIN - Daughters of Mnemosyne, and Tifa Lockhart in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. She also provided the voice for a character in the OVA Pale Cocoon. Beyond these, she is known as the German standard voice for several prominent international actresses, including Jessica Alba, Miley Cyrus, and Zhang Ziyi. She has also frequently dubbed the voice of Japanese actress Kareena Kapoor.

A notable achievement in her career came in 2006 when she was voted the most popular German dubbing voice, winning the Synchrostar award. Her work spans a wide range of media, including dubbing for film and television, as well as voice work for video games and radio programs. In addition to her voice acting, she has also appeared on camera in television series such as Medicopter 117 and the film Das Biest im Bodensee.
