Hiromi Igarashi is a Japanese voice actress born on December 13, 1986, in Sapporo, Hokkaido. She is affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion. Her interest in a voice acting career was sparked by watching the anime Di Gi Charat and admiring the performance of veteran voice actress Miyuki Sawashiro. With encouragement from her mother, she pursued this path and, after being a finalist in a voice acting audition in 2007, entered the Mausu Promotion Actor Training Center. She officially joined Mausu Promotion in 2009.

Igarashi made her debut as a voice actress in 2008, taking on minor roles in series such as Ayakashi and Kyouran Kazoku Nikki. Her career progressed with more prominent roles in the early 2010s, including Yū Kobayakawa in Hanamaru Kindergarten and Aoi Hyoudou in Maid Sama!. A significant early lead role was Hina Takanashi in the 2012 series Listen to Me, Girls. I Am Your Father!. This was followed by other key parts, such as Orion in Amnesia, Jin Rassel in Problem Children Are Coming from Another World, Aren't They?, and Seira Kokubyakuin in My Mental Choices Are Completely Interfering with My School Romantic Comedy, all in 2013.

The voice actress is known for a versatile range, frequently portraying both young girls and boys. One of her most iconic and long-running roles is Anzu Futaba in The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls franchise, which began in 2015 and encompasses the anime, mobile games, music, and live concerts. This role brought her widespread recognition. Her filmography includes a wide array of characters across different genres. She voices Yuri Alpha, a battle maid, in the Overlord series and its chibi spin-offs Ple Ple Pleiades and Isekai Quartet. In the Senran Kagura franchise, she plays the role of Minori. Other notable anime roles include Wilhelmina Braunschweig Ingenohl Friedeburg in High School Fleet, Edytha Rossmann in Brave Witches, Shizuku Minami in Sakura Trick, and Holmy in the Show By Rock!! series. She has also voiced characters in popular films, such as Ayumi Kouno in Loups=Garous: The Motion Picture.

Beyond her work in standard anime, Igarashi has contributed to original video animations (OVAs) and video games. In the video game industry, she has provided voices for titles like the Tatsunoko vs. Capcom series, Fire Emblem Awakening, Granblue Fantasy, Azur Lane, and Guilty Gear, where she voices the character Jack-O' Valentine. For certain adult content, she has used the pseudonym Aoi Shirayuki.

Igarashi is also active in radio and live events, known for her charismatic hosting. She has a reputation for being a dedicated attendee of the Machi Asobi event in Tokushima. A well-known nickname for her is Yukinko, meaning snow child, which was given to her by fellow voice actress Eri Kitamura, referencing her fair skin and Hokkaido origins. Her hobbies include cycling, a passion that led to her casting in the bike-themed anime Long Riders!. She also enjoys video games, particularly dating sims, and mystery novels.
