Description
Doraemon, a robotic cat created at the Matsushiba Robot Factory on September 3, 2112, hails from the 22nd century. Originally coated in yellow with functional ears, his design shifted dramatically when mice damaged his ears beyond repair, necessitating their surgical removal. A later mishap involving a sadness-inducing potion stripped away his yellow pigment, permanently dyeing him blue.

As leader of the Doraemons—a seven-member collective of robotic cats from the Robot Academy—he leverages his balanced temperament to resolve conflicts and unify the group. Equipped with the Friendship Telecard for coordinated missions, he relies on his reinforced skull as a primary defense, lacking conventional weaponry.

Despite graduating as a lower-tier model due to mediocre performance at the Robot School, the Nobi family acquired him, setting the stage for his pivotal role aiding Nobita Nobi across timelines. His enduring fear of mice and preference for simple dorayaki persist through all adaptations.

Collaborative missions, such as thwarting energy capsule thefts in *Doki Doki Wildcat Engine* alongside allies like steam engineer Robin, showcase his strategic coordination. While such stories prioritize group efforts over personal arcs, they cement his reputation as a resourceful mediator.

Early spin-offs like *2112: The Birth of Doraemon* depict his original yellow, eared form, later replaced by the iconic earless blue silhouette. Leading the Doraemons, he compensates for his lack of specialized skills with diplomacy, contrasting peers who excel in niche technical or combat roles.
