Stephanie Young is an American voice actress known for her extensive work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime, primarily with Funimation and Crunchyroll. Born on April 3, she graduated from Baylor University with a degree in theatre performance, a foundation that led to a two-time nomination for the Dallas Theatre League's Leon Rabin Award for her stage work. Before becoming a prominent voice in animation, she appeared in various television and film projects, including the Lifetime movie and web series Inspector Mom.

Young's career in voice acting, which began in 2004, is distinguished by a recurring niche for portraying strong, authoritative, and often warrior-like women. Her most iconic and long-running role is Nico Robin in the Funimation dub of the global phenomenon One Piece, a character she has voiced for over a thousand episodes, numerous films including Stampede, Film: Gold, Film: Red, and specials such as Episode of Skypiea and 3D2Y: Overcoming Ace's Death. This role has made her a staple in the anime community.

Beyond One Piece, she has brought to life a wide array of memorable characters across many popular series. She is the voice of the cool and commanding Handler, Sylvia Sherwood, in the hit series Spy×Family. She is known for her roles as Nisha the Lawbringer in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel!, the Sheriff of Lynchwood in Borderlands 2, and the goddess Nu Wa in Smite. Her vocal talents also include singing; she has performed theme songs for series like Dragon Ball GT and One Piece, and is the lead vocalist for the Dallas-based jazz band, The Brehms, which she performs in with her husband, guitarist and songwriter David Lee Brehm.
