Emmanuel Gradi is a French actor, primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, who has lent his voice to a vast array of characters in anime, animated films, and television series. Born in Villefranche-sur-Saône, he initially pursued studies in psychology and worked with mentally disabled individuals before committing to a career in drama, training at the École Florent in Paris and participating in various acting workshops. His career in dubbing is marked by a consistent presence in some of the most popular Japanese animated series, where he frequently portrays characters with a serious, powerful, or authoritative demeanor.

Gradi's voice is recognizable across multiple major franchises. In the long-running series Fairy Tail, he is the voice of multiple characters, including the wizard Bickslow and Macao Conbolt, the third master of the Fairy Tail guild. He portrays the father of the protagonist in the acclaimed film Colorful and takes on the role of the vampire hunter Alexander Anderson in Hellsing. He is the voice of King, the man with the "strongest luck" in the world, and the alien tyrant Boros in One Punch Man. In the Sword Art Online universe, he voices Seijirou Kikuoka, a key figure from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the Alicization and War of Underworld arcs, as well as the Norse god Thor in a later arc. He also portrayed Richard Plantagenet, the Duke of York, in the anime adaptation of Requiem of the Rose King.
