Barbara De Bortoli is an Italian voice actress, primarily known for her extensive work in dubbing foreign productions into Italian, including a significant number of anime series and films. She was born in Rome on January 30, 1971, and comes from a family of voice actors; her younger sister, Federica De Bortoli, and her sons, Alessio and Francesco Aimone, are also in the profession.

Her career in anime voice acting includes a wide variety of roles. She is the Italian voice of Gin Rei in the OVA series Giant Robo, taking over the role from Monica Ward for episodes four through seven. She voiced Homily, the mother of the titular character, in the Studio Ghibli film Arrietty. In the series His and Her Circumstances, she provided the voice for Miyako Miyazawa. She also voiced Morrigan in the anime adaptation Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge. Other notable anime roles include Mila (also known as You Hazuki) in Attacker You! and its sequel New Attacker You!, Priss Asagiri in Bubblegum Crisis, Faye Valentine in Cowboy Bebop, Melissa Mao in Full Metal Panic!, and Maya Ibuki in the second Italian dub of Neon Genesis Evangelion. In more recent productions, she voiced Natsumaru in the 2021 Netflix original series Yasuke. She also participated in redubs, such as providing the voice of Lener for a redubbed version of the anime My Patrasche.

While widely recognized for her anime roles, De Bortoli's career is extensive in the broader field of dubbing. She is the primary Italian voice for numerous Hollywood actresses, including Naomi Watts, Katherine Heigl, Julia Stiles, and Marisa Tomei. She is also well-known for her dubbing of characters in popular live-action television series, such as Monica Geller in Friends, Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City, and Buffy Summers in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
