Alison Viktorin is an American former voice actress known for her extensive work in English-language dubs of anime series, primarily with Funimation and OkraTron 5000. Born Alison Ruth Retzloff on February 1, 1981, in Houston, Texas, she developed an early interest in performance. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from California Lutheran University in 2003. Following her graduation, she began her voice acting career in 2004, initially using her maiden name, Alison Retzloff.
Viktorin's career was marked by her frequent collaborations with Funimation, where she became a prominent voice in the industry. Her first major starring role was as the voice of the child detective Conan Edogawa in the long-running series Case Closed, a part she played for several years. One of her most significant and recurring roles was Kuroko Shirai in the popular A Certain Scientific Railgun and A Certain Magical Index franchises. She voiced Kuroko across multiple series and the film A Certain Magical Index: The Miracle of Endymion, becoming closely associated with the character.
