Circe Luna is a Mexican actress, voice actress, translator, and director known for her extensive work in Spanish dubbing for animation, anime series, and live-action films. She was born Circe Margarita Luna Ordaz on March 26, 1982, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. Her career in performance began at a very early age with a children's radio program. She later pursued formal training in ballet at the Ballet de Coyoacán and took theater courses at the Centro de Arte Dramático (CADAC) in Mexico. Luna furthered her education in the United States, studying drama at Wilkes College, and also studied architecture and urban planning at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Her entry into the world of dubbing came when she discovered the directories of dubbing companies while evaluating budgets. With her acting training in both Mexico and the U.S., she was accepted into the industry under the guidance of Pedro D'Aguillón.

Luna's voice acting career spans several decades and includes a wide array of iconic roles in anime, establishing her as a prominent figure in Mexican dubbing. She is widely recognized for her work in several long-running and influential franchises. In the Digimon universe, she voiced Sora Takenouchi in Digimon Adventure and Digimon Adventure 02, as well as Gabumon in various installments, including the film Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna. She has a long history with the Dragon Ball franchise, providing the voice for Pan, the granddaughter of Son Goku, in Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and the more recent film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.
