Jill Harris is an American voice actress known for her extensive work in English dubs of anime series. Born on July 3, 1994, she began her professional voice acting career in 2015. A self-described anime fan, she started voiceover work at the age of 15, recording projects from her home studio after school. At 20, she relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area to work with Funimation, now known as Crunchyroll.

Her first lead role came in 2016 when she voiced Naho Takamiya in the anime series Orange. This marked the beginning of a prolific career, during which she has become known for voicing a wide range of characters. Some of her most notable and frequent roles include Aura Bella Fiora across the Overlord franchise and its spin-off Isekai Quartet, Noelle Silva in Black Clover, and Nino Nakano in The Quintessential Quintuplets and its sequel film. She also voices Shino Sosaki, the hero Mandalay, in My Hero Academia.

In 2017, Harris was cast as Charlotte "Charlie" Morningstar in the pilot episode of the animated series Hazbin Hotel. The pilot became a viral sensation on YouTube, amassing over 100 million views, and brought her significant recognition within the animation community.

Her career has continued with a steady stream of major roles. She voices Suletta Mercury in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, Fern in Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, Yuzuriha in Hell's Paradise, and Charlotte Pudding in One Piece. Additional prominent roles include Rikka Takarada in SSSS.Gridman, Sayu Ogiwara in Higehiro, Marlya Noel in Fairy Gone, Futaba in Aharen-san wa Hakarenai, and Gobue in Re:Monster. Her filmography also includes work in video games such as Battleborn, Smite, and Borderlands 3.
