Fátima Noya is a Brazilian actress and voice actor known for her extensive work in dubbing, particularly in anime and animated series for the Brazilian Portuguese market. Born Maria de Fátima Ilha Noya on April 10, 1960, in Sant'Ana do Livramento, Rio Grande do Sul, she began her career in theater in her home state before transitioning to voice work. Her initial foray into voice acting came through voiceovers, including work as the character Zé Gotinha, which helped her recognize her aptitude for the craft. She began dubbing professionally after relocating to São Paulo.

Noya is renowned for her prolific contributions to Brazilian dubs of Japanese animation. She has voiced numerous iconic characters across several decades. In the InuYasha franchise, she is the voice of Sango, a role she originated in the original series InuYasha: The Tragic Love Song of Destiny and reprised for the sequel series Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon. Her work in the Street Fighter franchise includes voicing Chun-Li in the Brazilian redub of the Fighter II: The Animated Movie.

Her repertoire also includes significant roles in other major anime properties. She voices Sonoko Suzuki in the Case Closed film The Fist of Blue Sapphire and Hotaru Tomoe, also known as Sailor Saturn, in the film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal. For the long-running Pokémon series, she is the voice of Nurse Joy, a role she performed from the first through the thirteenth season, including the film Pokémon Zoroark: Master of Illusions.

Noya's career is also marked by a wide variety of other characters. She has voiced Dominic in Space Adventure Cobra - The Movie, Cynthia in Heat Guy J, Caterina Prideaux in Kaiketsu Zorro, and the second voice of Aquos Sirenoid in Bakugan Battle Brawlers. Her historical and fantasy roles include Oscar François de Jarjayes in The Rose of Versailles: I'll Love You As Long As I Live and Aphrodite and Manjushri in The Golden Laws. She also voiced Satsuki Yukimizawa in Virgin Fleet, Saki Asamiya in Sukeban Deka, Rainha Felicia and the Narrator in Dragon Slayer, Shammy Milliome in The Super Dimension Fortress Macross: Do You Remember Love?, and Muse in I'm Gonna Be An Angel, as well as Sam O'Conner in 8 Man After.

Beyond these anime roles, Noya's voice is widely recognized for her work on other animated series and live-action productions. She is known for voicing Gohan and Goten as children in Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT, the female version of Ranma in Ranma 1/2, the title character in Shin Chan, and Betty in the telenovela Betty, a Feia. Her live-action dubbing credits include Nina Myers in the series 24 Horas and Emma Swan in Once Upon a Time.

Throughout her career, Noya has received recognition for her work, including the Prêmio Yamato. She won the award for Best Supporting Voice Actress in 2003 for her role as Sango in InuYasha and for Best Lead Voice Actress in 2007 for her portrayal of Ranma in Ranma ½. She was also nominated for Best Anime Voice Actress in 2011 for her work as Son Gohan in Dragon Ball Kai. Her son, Gabriel Noya, has also followed in her footsteps as a voice actor.
