This role became the defining performance of her career, earning her widespread recognition and opening the door to numerous other leading roles in Japanese animation.

This success led to a long and prolific career dubbing heroines in many other well-known series. Among her most prominent and recurring roles are Chi Chi across the various iterations of the Dragon Ball franchise, including Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and Dragon Ball Super. These include Angeletta in Romeo and the Black Brothers (Romeo's Blue Skies), Eliza Thomas in Before Green Violets (Kon'nichiwa Anne: Before Green Gables), Cenerentola in Cinderella Monogatari, Nan in Little Women II: Jo's Boys, Shion in Naruto Shippūden, Lasty Frason in Tenbatsu Angel Rabbie, and the Principessa in Kyōryū Bōkenki Jura Tripper. She is also credited with the role of Cosette in Les Misérables: Shōjo Cosette and Mara/Sara in Saint Tail. Her work as Nefertari Bibi in One Piece extends to specials such as the Jidaigeki Special.

Additionally, while Spinelli voices multiple characters in series like World Fairy Tale Series and On-chan, the specific names Bella, Clara, Costanza, Marujana, Mamma di On-chan, and ok-chan were not listed.

Beyond anime, Spinelli has demonstrated her versatility by dubbing characters in Western animation, such as Kitty Katswell in T.U.F.F. Puppy and Sassy Saddles in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. She has also dubbed numerous actresses in live-action films and television series. A notable achievement in this area is her dubbing of Reese Witherspoon in the film Walk the Line, for which Witherspoon won an Academy Award. Her live-action television work includes providing the Italian voice for Alyson Hannigan's character Lily Aldrin in the popular series How I Met Your Mother.

Spinelli works regularly with major dubbing studios in Milan, including Merak Film. In addition to her performance career, she is dedicated to teaching the next generation of voice actors, serving as a dubbing instructor at the Accademia 09 school of cinema and theater in Milan.
