Chinami Nishimura is a Japanese voice actress born on November 18, 1970, in Chiba Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce and has been active in the industry since her debut in the early 1990s.
Nishimura's debut in voice acting came in 1992 with a role in the NHK educational program Children's Puppet Theater. Her first major leading role followed in 1994, when she voiced Nagisa Shiratori in the anime series Chō Kuse ni Narisō.
