Perla Liberatori is an Italian voice actress and dubbing director, born in Rome on November 10, 1981. She began her career at the age of five and appeared in the television film Una bambina di troppo in 1995. She is primarily known for her extensive work providing the Italian voices for characters in international animated series and films, as well as for dubbing the dialogue of numerous live-action actresses.

Liberatori has lent her voice to a wide array of characters in Japanese anime. Some of her most prominent roles include Nagisa Misumi, also known as Cure Black, in the Futari wa Pretty Cure series and its films. She is the Italian voice of Yuki Nagato in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Kaname Chidori in Full Metal Panic! and Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu. Her other notable anime credits include Milly Thompson in Trigun, Arale in various Dr. Slump specials and films, Ferro in Gunslinger Girl, and Rika Nonaka in Digimon Tamers. She has also voiced characters in series such as Kakegurui, Monster Hunter Stories RIDE ON, Spriggan, and provided the voice for Atsuko Chiba in the film Paprika.

Beyond anime, Liberatori is widely recognized for her work in other animation. She is perhaps best known as the voice of Stella, one of the main fairies, in the immensely popular Italian series Winx Club, a role she has reprised across numerous seasons, specials, and films like Winx Club: The Secret of the Lost Kingdom. She also voices other characters in the same franchise, such as Chatta and Zing. Her other iconic roles include Bubbles in the Italian dubs of The Powerpuff Girls, The Powerpuff Girls Movie, and Powerpuff Girls Z. She is the voice of Melody in The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea, Iridessa in the Tinker Bell film series, and has appeared in productions like Huntik: Secrets & Seekers and Redline.

In addition to her work in animation, Liberatori has had a prolific career dubbing actresses in live-action films and television series. She is the official Italian voice for actresses such as Hilary Duff, including her role as the titular character in Lizzie McGuire and its film adaptation, and Christina Ricci. Her extensive dubbing portfolio includes providing the Italian voice for Sophia Bush as Brooke Davis in One Tree Hill, Michelle Rodriguez in Lost, and Gemma Whelan as Yara Greyjoy in Game of Thrones.

Liberatori has received recognition for her contributions to the field of dubbing. She has won awards from the public at Romics, including Best Voice of a Cartoon in 2006 and Female Voice of a Cartoon in 2008. In 2011, she was awarded the Leggio d'oro for Best Female Interpretation. She has also worked as a dubbing director. Liberatori was previously married to voice actor Gianluca Crisafi, with whom she has a son, and is now married to voice actor Alessandro Parise.
