Anastasia Munoz is an American voice actress based in Texas, widely recognized for her extensive work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime series. Born on May 11, 1984, in Dallas, Texas, she developed an early passion for performance, writing a detailed plan to become an actor in the second grade so she could portray a variety of characters. She pursued this goal academically, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater from the University of Alabama before returning to her hometown to build her career.

Munoz began working with Funimation Entertainment (now part of Crunchyroll) around 2009, quickly becoming a prolific and familiar voice in the industry. In addition to her work under her birth name, she is also known professionally as Staci Moon or Tasia Moon.

Her voice work encompasses a wide spectrum of characters, from leaders and powerful figures to more grounded, everyday roles. Among her most prominent and recurring roles is Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke, the commander of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing in the long-running Strike Witches franchise. She also portrays the stoic and powerful battle maid Narberal Gamma in the Overlord series and its spinoff, Isekai Quartet. In the fantasy comedy By the Grace of the Gods, she voices Maylene, the kind-hearted owner of a laundromat. Her extensive filmography also includes the ruthless Minerva Orland in Fairy Tail, the wise high school teacher Mayuko Shiraki in the Fruits Basket reboot, the authoritarian Millavair Lou Nebulis VIII in Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World, and the scientist Harumi Kiyama in A Certain Scientific Railgun.

Beyond these well-known roles, she has demonstrated her range in a multitude of other series, playing characters like the deadly assassin Cranberry in Magical Girl Raising Project, the catgirl Maple in Nekopara, the skilled Pawoo Nekoyanagi in Sabikui Bisco, and Queen Elisha Elfrieden in How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom. Earlier in her career, she took on significant parts such as the arms dealer Koko Hekmatyar in Jormungand, Aria in The Sacred Blacksmith, Shiena Kenmochi in Riddle Story of Devil, and Quin in Death Parade.

In addition to voice acting, Munoz is an active stage actress in the Dallas-Fort Worth theater community, having performed with numerous companies in a wide range of classical and contemporary plays. She is also the artistic and education director for Arts Mission Oak Cliff, a co-working and education center for artists in Dallas.
