Rowena Raganit is a prominent Filipino voice actress known for her extensive work in the Tagalog dubbing of anime series for GMA Network. She is recognized for her versatile vocal range, capable of portraying both male and female characters, often with a serious or mature pitch. Raganit is noted as the first female voice actress to take on narration duties for an anime series following Noel Mallonga, beginning with the Tagalog dub of Nebula Mask Machineman.

Raganit has lent her voice to numerous leading and supporting roles in iconic anime series. She is known for voicing the main protagonist Gon Freecs in the 1990s version of Hunter X Hunter, a role she also reprised in Hunter X Hunter: G I Final. She provided the voice for Yoh Asakura in the 90s adaptation of Shaman King and played Takao Kinomiya, known as Tyson Granger, in Beyblade: V-Force. In the series Flame of Recca, she voiced Yanagi Sakoshita (Anna Yanagi), the narrator, and other characters. Her work in YuYu Hakusho included the roles of Koenma (Jericho), a younger Genkai (Master Jeremiah), and the series narrator. She also voiced the main character Genki in Monster Rancher and Yui Hongo (Julie) in Fushigi Yuugi.

Beyond these prominent roles, Raganit's career encompasses a wide range of characters across many series. Her credits include Harue Yamamoto, Kenichi Minesaki, and the Professor in Nekketsu Saikyo Gozaurer, Masaru Obu in Midori no Makibao, and multiple characters in the PoPoLoCrois franchise, such as Narcia, Papu, and Selena. In the Galaxy Angel series, she voiced Commander Mary, Forte Stollen, and Vanilla H. She played the title role in Prince Mackaroo and took on parts in shows like Time Quest! as Yumi Arama, Hakugei: Legend of the Moby Dick as Lucky Luck, and Fighting General Daimos as Izumi Nana/Joanna and Raiza/Layla. Additional roles include Rian Yumemiya in Chosoku Spinner, Majorika in Ojamajo Doremi, Miyako Tomaru and Sanae Izumi/Yūhi in Fantastic Detective Labyrinth, Akane Motomiya in Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time – A Tale of the Eight Guardians, and several characters in Elemental Gelade, including Kuea, Tickle "Tilel" Selvatlos, and Virzoeve "Viro" Eclairouer. She also voiced Hiyoshi Gou/Little John Armstrong and Mitsuyo Go/Mary Ann Armstrong in Voltes V, Tiara in Shamanic Princess, Inaho Hitomebore in Master of Mosquiton '99, and both Babi and Chibiking/Mushiking in Kouchuu Ouja Mushiking ~Mori no Tami no Densetsu~.

Her work has also extended into other areas of voice acting, including the Tagalog dub of the Disney film Encanto, in which she voiced the character Abuela Alma. In addition to her acting work, Raganit has taken on roles in dubbing production, including adaptation and project management for various international series and films. Known to colleagues and fans as "Weng", Raganit is regarded for her significant contributions to bringing anime characters to Filipino audiences.
